         Understand the difference between a journal and a magazine.

 1.  Use Subject Guide Search (below) 

2.  Or use Basic Search with keywords such as stress and management

Search Tips: 

  • Use an asterisk (*) to get varied word endings.
            E.g.  teen* for teen, teens, teenage, teenager, teenagers     

  • Use "and" between search words.   
            E.g.  methamphetamine and child*
